It Gets Us All Someday
It Gets Us All Someday was born during a period of anxiety and poor mental health. Over the two years it took to make this, I faced unexpected challenges that shaped both me and the music — a reflection of what it feels like to live through a collapse, and how hard it can be to care for yourself and the world around you at the same time.
The album came together unintentionally. Its pieces found shape during a deep spell of panic and isolation. I thought my hardest moments were behind me — but this hit quietly and powerfully, as if my mind had waited for a safe moment to unravel. This project became a reckoning and a way through.
To cope, I began building a world to house it all — a visual future where the human era fades, and nature begins again. In the end, we created a structure to hold our longing for what was lost. That became the concept of virtual nature.

To Laura Cooper — you didn’t just help me build the world of this album through your visuals, you also helped me survive it. I wouldn’t have made it through without you.
To my family — always one call away, guiding me through my darkest moments.
To Andrew Morgan — the only musical collaborator on this record, your strings speak to the soul of these songs in a way only you could.
